How do I contact you ?

How can I change my order?

Send us an email to info@blonder.it as soon as possible. State your order number, received in the first email, so that we can provide you with the best service.

Please remember that orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have already been packed or shipped.

I have not received the confirmation email. And now?

First of all try checking the unwanted messages section in your inbox. If it doesn't appear there either, you can always contact us so we can send you a new confirmation email!

Do I have to pay shipping costs?

Shipping is free for orders over €50

How long does it take for the package to arrive?

Can I track my order?

Absolutely yes! Simply enter your tracking number on our tracking page:

You can pay by credit/debit card. All payments are through a 100% secure SSL environment.

Is VAT included in the price?

Yes, all prices (VAT included) are already included in the price!

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Can I return the product if I am not satisfied?

Absolutely! Ordering from Blonder is 100% safe. You can return the product within 30 days of delivery if you are not satisfied. Once we have received the package and checked the contents, you will receive a full refund.

How long does it take to get the money back?

As soon as possible after we have received and checked the package and that everything is correct, you will receive your refund within a maximum of 72 hours.
